
Data Analysis Delivery Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a UT Inline-Inspection Data Analysis Delivery Manager for our organization to lead a global team of about fifty data professionals. This team is accountable for the entire data analysis process: from the proposal stage to data handover and report preparation. The colleagues are distributed across Romania, Serbia, Mexico, and Spain, each with their own expertise.
As Delivery Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of analyses and reports. You oversee the entire delivery process, monitor quality standards, and are also responsible for the timely delivery and Integrity Management reports within the organization. In this role you work closely together with your team leads and supervisors.
Because we value collaboration and direct involvement, we seek someone living in the Pitești region (Romania) who can be present in the office three days a week. In addition, travel readiness is expected, as you will be present in Serbia one week per month to support local teams and strengthen collaboration. You must also be available to travel regularly to Spain.
In this role, you serve as the central point of contact for Project Management, Sales, and Operations, both locally and globally. You combine strong leadership skills with experience in change management and project direction. You understand the content, ensure quality, and know how to lead multicultural teams effectively. You ensure that all deliverables meet stakeholder expectations, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
You will also work closely with the manager of the Service Line HQ Data Competence Center, who is responsible for developing working methods and training in product management and software testing. It is your task to successfully implement these solutions within the Data Delivery Team and thereby elevate the service level.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
• Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of approximately 50 analysts spread across multiple time zones and countries (Romania, Serbia, Spain, Mexico), fostering a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven culture.
• Support the team’s growth path through Intero’s Talent Management Plan: regular check-ins, annual evaluations, setting goals, and continuous development.
• Handle personnel matters in collaboration with local HR representatives and the HR Business Partner based in the Netherlands.
• Conduct capacity planning to anticipate short- and long-term needs together with your team leads and supervisors.
Delivery Management
• Track the demand and the priorities with the heads of Project management Europe, Americas, and Middle East-Asia (or other stakeholders) and create long-term planning and manage conflicts of interests.
• Oversee day-to-day planning and execution of data analysis projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports.
• Ensure all reports from Data hand-over to Report Submission are delivered, according to Specs, timing and within budget.
• Align resources and timelines to meet project goals while proactively managing risk and capacity.
• Manage workload allocation, prioritization, and scalability of the team.
Quality Assurance & Review
• Implement and enforce a structured Q&A (Quality & Accuracy) review process to validate analysis and reporting.
• Ensure that all reports and outputs meet the quality standard and approvals.
• Collaborate with the Service Line HQ Data Competence Center to ensure process improvements, quality standards or new software releases are implemented, supporting the high-quality data delivery on time.
Financials
• Managing DA cost center, driving cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure on time invoicing of the Intercompany DA invoicing.
Collaboration & Communications
• Function as the key liaison between the data team and head of project management, operations, or sales across business units.
• Present key insights to senior management and support decision-making through data-driven narratives.
Productivity improvements
• Developing dashboards with KPI's used to track data analysis reports in the funnel for management and to communicate reporting status with stakeholders.
• Implementing production KPIs and supportive incentive structures.
• Continuous improvement in tools and processes for higher productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with the Service Line HQ Data Competence Center for process improvements, quality standards or new software releases.
• Ensure all processes are mapped out, RACIs are defined and implemented across all D&A team members.
• Implement new ways of working, tools and methodologies provided by the Service Line HQ Data Competence Lead in a collaborative way.
Required Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years in roles with high data affinity, with at least 3+ years in people management or team leadership.
• Proven experience managing remote and culturally diverse teams of similar size and driving change management
• Strong expertise in data storytelling, quality control, and project management.
Preferred:
• Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments or global organizations.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), statistical packages (R, Python), and data platforms (SQL, Snowflake, Big Query).
• PMP, Six Sigma, Data Analysis or Agile certifications are a plus.
