About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our global business.
In this role, you’ll coordinate campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking in close collaboration with our Marketing, Sales, and Service Line teams. You’ll ensure that all campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with measurable results that support commercial goals.
You will join an international Marketing & Communications team that includes a Marketing Manager and the Marketing Specialists supporting regional and service line activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global marketing campaigns from planning through execution and evaluation.
Support continuous improvement by introducing data-driven best practices and sharing learnings across the team. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between global and regional marketing, sales, and service line teams.
- Translate business objectives into measurable campaign goals, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Oversee campaign content and assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial strategy.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing results and providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Work with the Marketing & Communication Specialist to align campaign messages and assets across all channels.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms (LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize campaign reach and impact.
- Support continuous improvement by introducing data-driven best practices and sharing learnings across the team.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or equivalent).
- 3–6 years’ experience managing B2B marketing campaigns, ideally in an international or technical environment
- Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-channel campaigns from concept to evaluation.
- Proven, in-depth experience with marketing automation, CRM, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
