About the role

As Project Manager, you manage challenging inspection projects from start to finish. You are responsible for the technical, contractual and financial delivery of projects and are the key interface between the customer, operations, sales and management. You will become part of a close, diverse and experienced team that is hands-on, engaged and result driven.


  • Take ownership of all aspects of the project to ensure our service delivery meets business and customer requirements
  • Determine the required scope and deliverables and prepare a project plan
  • Form a project team consisting of field and support engineers and lead them to successful project execution
  • Ensure projects comply with all business requirements (QHSE, legal, compliance, tax, accounting) and consult with staff functions
  • Liaise with the customer team throughout the various project phases
  • Monitor KPI's to analyze and measure performance, propose improvements and action plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to develop standards and procedures and share lessons learned

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the energy sector
  • Able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
  • Experienced in cost planning and cost management
  • Flexible, result driven and customer focused
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English
  • EU work permit and valid passport for travel
