Methane emissions play a significant role in global warming, making reliable detection and quantification essential for environmental protection, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

In 2025, Intero’s environmental services measured 12.5 million potential leak sources and identified 502,600 leaks. By providing accurate measurement data, Intero helps customers locate, assess, prioritize, and repair leaks more effectively.

Following the acquisition of Aeromon, Intero further strengthened its emissions monitoring capabilities, expanding its ability to detect, measure, and manage emissions across different operational contexts.

As a service and technology company, Intero’s people are its most important asset. In 2025, Intero employed 675 people across a diverse workforce representing more than 25 nationalities.

Safety remains a fundamental priority across all operations. Intero continues to strengthen its QHSE framework, employee training, and global safety governance to support a proactive safety culture across regions and activities.

To further support its global workforce, Intero recruited a Global People Director and implemented a global HR system, creating a more consistent and transparent framework for people management, workforce data, and HR processes.

Intero supports local communities through employee participation, charitable initiatives, and environmental restoration activities across its regions.

In 2025, Intero contributed through:

• Continued partnership with the Sheltersuit Foundation, including the distribution of 60 Sheltersuits in Serbia.
• Employee participation in local initiatives such as charity rides, toy drives, food bank support, and fundraising events.
• Environmental restoration through the planting of 300 trees with Go Forest, supporting reforestation, biodiversity, and ecosystem recovery.
