(Junior) Sales Representative

Intero Integrity Services is a fast-growing international organization specialized in pipeline inspection and the maintenance of critical assets in the energy sector. With our proprietary high-tech equipment and software, we help customers worldwide reduce risks, lower emissions, and improve safety. To support our commercial growth in Northwest Europe, we are looking for a Sales Representative who will bring our innovative inspection services and technology to (inter)national clients.

Our Sales team currently consists of 12 colleagues and is part of a wider commercial organization that includes over 25 nationalities and diverse backgrounds. What unites us? Together we get the job done.

Your challenge

In this role, you will be part of our international Sales team and contribute to generating new business and building customer relationships across Europe and beyond. You will learn the entire sales cycle, from the first customer contact to closing the deal. No experience yet? No problem – we will train you.

  • Proactively approach customers and prospects, both by phone and face-to-face.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and calculations in SugarCRM.
  • Present commercial and technical proposals to customers.
  • Support the Sales Manager during negotiations and contract closing.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
  • Contribute to Intero’s commercial growth ambitions in Northwest Europe.

Who are we looking for?

A young commercial professional energized by client contact and relationship building. You don’t need experience in our industry – we will train you in the technical aspects. More important is that you show initiative, are curious, and enjoy sales.

You also bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Courage to pick up the phone and approach clients.
  • A flexible, results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and ROW.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
  • An EU work permit and a valid passport.
