Project Preparation & Reporting Specialist
Intero - The Sniffers, with headquarters in Balen, Belgium, is a leading company in the industry, specializing in emission management, pipeline integrity services, and energy management. We have been a trusted partner for industrial companies for many years. We identify current and future leaks in pipelines and industrial oil and gas installations. We provide advice on reducing emissions, minimizing and avoiding unnecessary energy losses, and maintaining pipeline integrity.
Our organization is currently experiencing very strong growth. The number of projects and customers is increasing monthly. To continue our growth journey, we are looking a Project Preparation & Reporting Specialist for our office in Ploiesti, Romania.

Your role
You are involved from A to Z in setting up, preparing, and reporting measurement projects for our clients. This includes:
- Collecting the necessary information for project-specific preparations: measurement plans, available products,...
- Setting up and maintaining a specific database per customer using in-house developed software
- Processing the measurement data delivered by the project leader
- Performing checks on the various measurement and project data
- Preparation of reports: enter the processed data into standard templates and provide the necessary comments
- Consultation with clients on measurement results, conclusions and actions to be taken
In your versatile role, you prepare projects in terms of content and practicality, you coordinate well with the planner and the sales manager and you process data in reports. You cooperate with a small team of reporters, preparation specialists and planners.
Who are we looking for?
- You have completed a higher education type Bachelor (or equivalent level through experience).
- Background knowledge or affinity with production environments (in petrochemicals; oil and gas industry ...) are an added value.
- You are an experienced computer user: you have excellent knowledge of Excel, databases and software applications.
- You are fluent in multiple languages both orally and in writing. You use English on a daily basis. Knowledge of French, Italian, German, Arabic, Spanish ... are an added value).
- You are strong in time management and can work independently and on a project basis.
- You are customer-oriented and a good communicator.
- You like to work in a small and close team.
